Communicating Through Behavior
Children are trying to express themselves through their behavior:
- feeling
- need
- want
- health
Try to understand the possible underlying causes of misbehavior can always provide parents with clues on how to handle each situation. Remember that young children do not have a rich vocabulary bank to describe their needs!
